Blowing-in and production of 2500 m^3 BF at Shanghai First Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd.

上钢一厂2500m^3高炉开炉选用了优质的宝钢焦炭,确定了合理的开炉工艺参数,采用了先进的热风炉烘炉工艺和料面测量技术,并加强开炉管理,结果高炉开炉顺利成功。高炉开炉后,通过调整多环布料模式,加强高炉操作及炉内外管理,取得了较好的技术经济指标。

The 2 500 m3 BF of Shanghai First Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd. was blown in on 8,October 1999. During the BF blowing-in,a series of measures were adopted,such as using quality coke, adopting advanced hot stove heating-up : process and charge level measure technique, and strengthening blowing-in management,as a result,the BF was blown in successfully. After the BF blowing-in, by adjusting multi-ring burden distribution and strengthening BF and casthouse management,good production indexes were achieved.
