On the Measurement and Rationality of Social Financing Scale

社会融资规模的测量不仅仅是社会融资数量的统计需要,更重要的是促进社会保持合理的融资规模,有利于社会资金供需平衡,有利于国民经济综合平衡。本文运用经济学中的供需平衡、潜在产出和货币需求函数等理论,辨析社会融资规模合理性的标准及测量方法,提出建立"合理社会融资规模需求函数模型"和"基准资金价格指数调控社会融资规模"的构想,以期对宏观调控有所裨益。

The measurement of social financing scale is not only the necessity of statistics but of vital importance to maintain a reasonable social financing scale in terms of both supply-and-demand balance of social funds and dynamic balance of the national economy.Applying the theories of economics,namely supply-and-demand balance and the function of potential output and money demand,the thesis examines the standards and measurement of a rational social financing scale.On this basis,it proposes to establish 'a reasonable social financing scale demand function model' and 'a basic money price index to regulate social financing scale' in a hope to benefit the macro-economy.
