摘要 应用最近建立的解析板形方程推出板形最佳轧制规程和板形板厚协调控制新方法。该方法特征是静、动态负荷分配 ,动态设定 AGC完成了板形板厚的闭环控制 ,其计算方法是贝尔曼动态规划。新方法可以应用于刚度较低的轧机来提高产品精度。从经济效益角度看 ,现行宣传的自由轧制应该被否定 ,提倡传统的调度计划、配轧辊凸度和轧制规程优化 ,从而由高投入高消耗的板形控制方法转向无投入。 The shape optimal rolling schedule and new method of shape and gauge coordination control which inferred from the new built analytic shape equation have been achieved. This method's characteristic is that shape and gauge close-circuit control, which by means of static load distribution, dynamic load distribution and dynamic setting AGC, can be fulfilled ,its calculating method is Bellman dynamic programming. The new method will change the design thoughts on roller manufacture at present , which transform from high stiffness to proper stiffness. According to the analysis results from the economic benefits part, free rolling which steel rolling circles propagated and pursued is a misleading, so custom dispatch plan, making up roll crown and optimize rolling schedule should be developed. Because the former is high investment and high consumption, the latter is no investment and no consumption, make full use of information flow.
