The technic and device of No.1 CCM of 3 rd steel making plant for Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. are recapitulated. The paper which was written according to the practical application of FCS emphatically demonstrate the constitute and advantage of FCS (field control system), generalize the whole PLC system from hardware and software.
