通货膨胀背景下中小企业去集群化研究

Declustering of the SMEs Under Inflation Background

伴随着国内通货膨胀的加剧,中小企业作为市场的弱势群体,经营愈加困难。原本作为地方经济增长动力源的企业集群更是遭受了更大的市场打击。为了生存,集群内部许多企业纷纷实施去集群化行为,让一些原本发展势头相当迅猛的企业集群,遭遇"集群空心化"困境。无论是集群外部企业向心集聚,还是集群内部企业去集群化,实际上都是企业对外界经济刺激所作出的理性反应,皆不必出台系列政策来错误地影响企业的决策,而应该创造良好的市场环境,促进企业的适时转变,通过多层次分步骤调整,实现企业集群竞争力的提升和企业集群升级。

As a vulnerable group,SME is facing more market difficulties along with the intensification of domestic inflation.To our surprise,enterprise clusters,one power source of economic growth in many parts,are suffering a major market blow that business equipment is idle in cluster.To survive,many enterprises have implemented some declustering behaviors,so that some of the very rapid development momentum of the original enterprise clusters,suffered ＂cluster hollowing out＂ dilemma.This paper argues that the companies outside to gather,or cluster enterprises to declustering in the conditions of a market economy,in fact,are a rational response to external stimulus.As for the business specifically to cluster-walked into bureaucratic organization,or to declustering,we do not have to intervene,and should not be more kitchen,and introduced a series of policies to affect marketing decisions.Instead,it is suggested to create a favorable market environment,promote the timely transition of the corporate body to adjust the step-by-step through a multilevel,and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises cluster and enterprisecluster upgrade.
