摘要
铁基粉末冶金结构零件以其独特的优点和巨大的竞争力已在汽车等行业获得广泛的应用。材料疲劳性能的研究目前仍然是应用和科学研究中的一个重要领域。综述了近年来国内外铁基粉末冶金材料的疲劳与失效行为的研究成果,包括成分、组织和制备工艺等因素对铁基粉末冶金材料的疲劳性能、疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展机制的影响,以及铁基粉末冶金材料的疲劳裂纹扩展速率等方面的研究成果。指出了加强国内相关领域研究,有利于促进粉末冶金学科发展和提升国内的粉末冶金技术水平,对拓展铁基粉末冶金零件的应用具有重要的现实意义。
Iron-based powder metallurgy materials have been widely used in many industries especially in the automotive industry for its unique advantages and great competitiveness. The research of fatigue property is still an important topic of engineering application and scientific research. In this paper, the studies on the fatigue of iron-based powder metallurgy materials in recent years are reviewed. Effect of composition, microstructure and manufacturing process on fatigue strength and the mechanism of crack initiation and propagation is introduced, and so is the studies of fatigue crack growth rate of iron-based powder metallurgy materials. Finally, questions needed further studies are pointed out. This paper contributes to improving the research in related fields of powder metallurgy manufacturing technology and extending the application of iron-based powder metallurgy materials.
