经胸微创室间隔缺损封堵术的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的总结经胸微创封堵治疗室间隔缺损的方法、可行性和初步经验。方法 85例患者术前均用经胸超声筛查。取前胸壁长2~3cm切口,右心室前壁缝荷包,在经食道超声心动图的监测下由右心室荷包送入封堵器,闭合室间隔缺损。结果成功封堵83例,中转体外循环修补缺损2例。随访3~39个月,无手术相关并发症。结论经胸微创封堵治疗室间隔缺损安全、可行,创伤小、恢复快、效果好,可作为适宜微创封堵的室间隔缺损患者治疗时的优先选择。
