采用MIPPO技术结合LISS系统内固定治疗胫骨近端骨折临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的介绍采用经皮微创接骨板固定技术(MIPPO)结合微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗胫骨近端骨折手术操作要点及疗效观察。方法总结2008年1月至2011年12月收治胫骨近端骨折采用MIPPO结合LISS治疗胫骨近端骨折16例,观察骨折愈合及软组织恢复情况。结果 16例患者手术平均时间85min,全部病例随访8~14个月,平均12.5个月,观察术后骨折复位、对线良好,骨折达临床愈合,内固定无松动及断裂,皮肤情况愈合良好,无皮肤坏死及感染等并发症。结论采用MIPPO结合LISS治疗胫骨近端骨折具有手术创伤小、手术操作简便、并发症少、内固定牢靠、术后恢复及骨折愈合快的优点,值得临床推广应用。
