The basic education is the education which improves the citizen basic quality,and plays overall,basic and leading role in the whole education system.The paper expounds the fine tradition of the basic education in Jiangxi,analyzes the new situation and new requirements catering to the basic education reform and development in the Jiangxi Province,emphasizing that the basic education in Jiangxi must centre on students-oriented basic requirement,identifies three tasks,deals with the four relations,and extrudes five keys.
