改革开放以来我国体育法学研究的进程与评价

A review of the researches on the law of physical education since the beginning of reform

改革开放以来,在国家法治建设和体育事业发展以及相应理论研究和探索中,体育法学作为体育社会科学和法学的一个重要分支学科,获得了从逐步构建到不断壮大的较快发展,日益显现出在推动体育法治和建设体育强国中的重要作用。我国体育法学研究的发展进程经历了改革开放初期的逐渐起步、《体育法》促进下的广泛开展和研究组织推动下的日渐繁荣三个阶段;当前我国体育法学研究呈现出研究力量逐步加强,研讨活动持续开展,研究成果不断增多,研究内容日益扩展等态势;我国体育法学研究地位将随需求增长而更加引人瞩目,研究模式将在多样化发展中不断扩大,研究内容将在逐步深化中愈益丰富。

While the legislative construction develops, Chinese law of physical education has been giv- en great attachments by researchers as a branch of the sports and legal studies. This study reviews the re- searches of three different phases, namely, the beginning, development and prosperity, highlighting the prospectus of diversification and further improvement.
