摘要
为了探索麦红吸浆虫的最佳滞育温度和时间,模拟田间温度在室内进行麦红吸浆虫滞育羽化研究。结果表明:麦红吸浆虫在一次滞育时,分别于4、6、8、9、10、11℃下滞育60、75、90、105、120d均能出土羽化,其中在4℃下滞育75d一次羽化率最高,为31.67%;二次滞育时,有些温度下不能出土羽化,其中在8℃下滞育120d羽化率最高,为8.00%;对于2次累积滞育,在4℃下滞育75d的出土羽化率最高,为33.50%;2次滞育羽化后剩余活茧率均较低,最高也仅为4.00%;土中滞育的麦红吸浆虫死亡率均在60%以上,最高可达96.17%。
In order to explore the optimal diapause time na ,its diapause and emergence was studied indoors sim that for the first diapause,Sitodiplosis mosellana could 9 ℃ ,10 ℃ ,11 ℃ for 60 days,75 days,90 days,105 days and temperature of Sitodiplosis mosella- ulating field temperature. Results showed achieve emergence under 4℃ , 6 ℃ , 8℃ , ,120 days, respectively. The highest emer- gence rate of 31.67% occurred under 4 ℃ for 75 days. For the secondary diapause, Sitodiplosis mosellana could not achieve emergence under some temperature conditions and the highest emer- gence rate was 8. 00% under 8℃ for 120 days. The highest emergence rate was 33.50% under 4 ℃ for 75 days after two cumulative diapauses. The remaining live cocoon rate was relatively low after two emergences, with the highest rate of 4.00%. The mortality rates of diapause cocoons and larvae were all more than 60%,up to 96.17%.
