摘要
政府教育服务产出属于非市场产出,目前仍然采用投入替代法进行核算,它存在一定的缺陷。研究结果表明:利用广东某高校数据,根据学生人数、课时数、质量调整系数、虚拟课时价格,从产出角度测算政府教育服务产出是一个可行的理论思路与实践做法。
The output of public education service,which is still accounted with input-substution method by now,is subjected to non-market output and this method has a few defects.This paper has constructed an output-perspective approach to account public education service output and has made a positive analysis based on some actual data from a university in Guangdong.
