摘要
在通用光学测量仪上用影像法模拟直动对心式(或偏置式)滚柱测头、刀口测头和平面测头来测量摩托车发动机凸轮,经误差分析和测量实践表明,该方法测量简便、快速、准确度高,能满足没有专用凸轮测量仪的非专业生产企业对摩托车发动机凸轮精密测量的需要。
This paper introduces an imaging measurement method-to conduct the measurement through imitating bias measuring probe, blade probe, and flat probe to measure the motorcycle engine. The error analysis and Ineasurement results show that this method has the advantages of easy and rapid operation, and high accuracy. It can meet the need of the non-specialized motorcycle manufacturer for conducting precision measurements t'or the cam of engine.
