摘要
合成了新试剂 5- (苯基偶氮 ) - 8- [(对硝基苯偶氮 )氨基 ]喹啉 (PNPAQ) ,其结构经红外光谱和元素分析证实。研究了乳化剂OP存在下 ,试剂与钯的显色反应。在碱性介质中 ,PNPAQ与钯 (Ⅱ )形成 2∶1蓝色络合物 ,其最大吸收峰位于波长 640nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数为 1 1× 10 5L/(mol·cm)。钯的质量浓度在 0~ 15μg/2 5ml范围内符合比尔定律。该方法用于催化剂中微量钯的测定 。
A new reagent 5-phenylazo-8-(p-nitrophenyldiazoamin)-quinoline(PNPAQ) was synthesized.The product was checked by elemental analysis and infrared spectrum.A method for the spectrophotometric determination of palladium(Ⅱ) with PNPAQ has been developed.In the presence of OP,palladium(Ⅱ) reacts with PNPAQ to form a blue complex in the ratio of 1∶2.Maximun absorbance of the complex is at 640nm with molar absorptivity 1.1×10 5 L/(mol·cm) 。Beer′s law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~0 6μg/ml of palladium.The method has better selectivity and has been used to determine microamount of palladium in catalysts with satisfactory results.
