社区养老是适合城市养老需求、日渐流行的一种养老模式。但是,我国的社区养老仍然处在起步阶段,层次比较低,各地区发展不平衡,政府在社区照顾养老模式中的定位不明确,不仅需要从理论上加以深入研究,而且应该从法律的角度对政府在社区照顾养老模式中的责任加以规范。

Community Aged Care is suitable for city pension needs,and increasingly popular form of pension mode.However,the endowment of our community is still in its infancy,the level is relatively low,uneven development of regions,the Government＇s position in the pension model of community care is not clear,not only need to be in-depth study in theory,but from a legal point Government＇s responsibility to regulate in the community care endowment model.
