The paper presented the problem on the dispatching operation mode in current Guizhou Power Grid and analysed the research content and key technology of dispatching operation mode optimization in Guizhou Power Grid. On the base of feasibility analyzing of the new optimization dispatching mode, the paper gave out the implementation scheme of optimization dispatching mode, including the whole requirement, the management regulation and the points to be noticed.
