通过热力学分析探讨了铝镁合金还原去磷的可能性 ,并在冶炼 0Cr1 8Ni9Ti钢和W6Mo5Cr4V2钢中用铝镁合金进行还原脱磷工业性试验 ,钢液中的磷分别从 0 .0 39%降至 0 .0 2 1 %及从 0 .0 43%降至 0 .0 30 %。
The possibility of reducing dephosphorization of high vanadium steel and high chromium steel with aluminium\|magnesium alloy has been investigated using thermodynamic analysis. The commercial melting testing for producing steel 0Cr18Ni9Ti and steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 dephosphorized with aluminium\|magnesium alloy has been carried out, with the phosphor in steel decreasing from 0.039% to 0.021% and 0.043% to 0.030% respectively.
