RTU自动计量系统在艾哈代布油田的应用

摘要 RTU(远程终端控制系统)自动计量系统应用于伊拉克艾哈代布(AHDEB)油田橇装计量站。为了适应沙漠油田恶劣的自然环境,RTU选用宽工作温度范围的高可靠性设备,并采用高防护等级的室外机柜和特殊的安装施工。通过RTU控制计量站多通阀,实现了自动选井,同时,配合质量流量计,实现了对橇装计量站的数据采集、监控和全自动计量。将油井的计量结果包括日产液量、日产油量、日产气量和含水率等反映出的井况变化趋势用于指导油田生产管理。RTU既可进行计量站本地操作,也可通过光纤网络将数据上传至油田中控室进行远程监控,从而实现了本地无人值守,降低了人工计量巡检的劳动强度,提高了生产操作人员在现场安保防恐环境下的人身安全。 RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)automatic metering system was applied in the skid-mounted flow station of AHDEB oilfield in Iraq. In order to adapt to the harsh environment in the desert oilfield,the reliable device with a wide temperature range was adopted,and the outdoor cabinet with a high protection level was installed. The well was selected automatically by using the RTU to control the multi-pass valve. The data acquisition,monitoring,and automatic measurement of the skid-mounted flow station were realized by RTU and mass flowmeter. The change trend of well condition was obtained by the calculating results including daily fluid production,daily oil production,daily gas production,and water cut,which could guide the oilfield production and management. RTU,equipped with LED and net interface,could not only be operated on site,but also be transmitted to the monitoring center of the oilfield by fiber,achieving the remote automatic control of unattended stations,lowering the work load of manual patrol,improving the safety of the staff in the environment of against terrorism.
