管道安全预警系统应用分析

摘要 介绍一种基于双马赫-曾德尔光纤干涉仪原理的管道安全预警系统,该系统利用与管道同沟敷设的光缆中的通信光纤作为传感纤和回传纤,形成连续分布式振动传感器,实时采集管道沿线的土壤振动信号并且进行信号分析处理、甄别分析。介绍管道安全预警系统的应用管道情况,系统现场应用表明,该系统能实时有效检测到机械施工、人为破坏、自然冲蚀等事件;系统告警事件统计与定位分析表明,该系统具有较高的灵敏度与定位精度;该系统可以有效结合技防与人防手段,保障管道的安全输送,预防与阻止管道破坏事件的发生。 The pipeline safety early warning system based on the principle of double Mach-Zehnder optical fiber interferometer was introduced. The continuous distributed vibration sensor was formed in this system by means of telecommunication optical fiber of the optical cable laid in the same ditch with the pipeline as the sensing and transmission fiber. The real-time data of the soil vibration was collected based on the above continuous distributed vibration sensor,and signal treatment and discriminate analysis were also conducted. The application of the pipeline safety early warning system was described. The results showed that the mechanical construction, man-made destruction,and flood erosion could be detected effectively. The alarm events statistics and positioning analysis showed that the system had high measurement sensitivity and positioning accuracy. The safe operation of the pipeline was ensured by the connection of technology defence and personal defence,and the pipeline damage events were prevented.
