Governance of the Duty Crime in the Field of Funds Management of Preferential Agricultural Subsidies

随着我国社会主义新农村建设的不断推进和惠农补贴力度的不断加大,当前我国惠农补贴资金管理领域职务犯罪高发,形势严峻。在这种形势下,传统的职务犯罪侦查模式和犯罪治理策略已不合时宜。只有不断创新工作方法,完善工作体制机制,积极推进惠农补贴资金管理领域职务犯罪防控一体化建设,才能真正做到标本兼治。

With the constant promotion of socialistic construction of a new rural area and the enhance- ment of preferential agricultural subsidies, the crime by taking advantage of duty is currently frequent and severe in the field of fund management of preferential agricultural. In this situation, the original investiga- tion model of duty crime and the strategy of crime control have appeared to be inappropriate. We＇ll really seek both a temporary solution and a permanent cure only when changing the working method,improving the institutional mechanism and pushing forward the integration of prevention and control of duty crime in this field.
