摘要
目前大陆对台湾专业人才就业实施的开放政策已经产生了良好的效果,吸引大量台湾人才赴闽就业。但两岸法律和政策存在着无法对接的难题,大陆立法可操作性不足,对台湾专业人才就业造成不利影响。针对台湾专业人才在福建就业和社会保障中存在的突出问题,福建省应及时出台专项立法,对上位法进行细化、补充和创新,充分保障台湾专业人才各项就业权益的实现。
The open policy of the employment for the professional talents of Taiwan has caused good effects and attracted a lot of talents of Taiwan to Fujian to get a lob. But there is no way of interconnecting their respective laws and policies of both sides across the Taiwan Strait. The legislation of the Chinese Ma- inland is lack of maneuverability. It is an unfavorable impact on the employment security of the professional talents of Taiwan in Fujian. To the existing problems,Fujian province should make special laws promptly and make the higher-level laws by consummating, complementing and innovating in order to fully protect the employment rights and interests of the professional talents of Taiwan.
