摘要
通钢2680m^3高炉设计采用全冷却壁、砖壁合一薄壁炉衬、铜冷却壁、炭砖-陶瓷杯复合炉底、全软水密闭循环冷却系统、并罐无料钟炉顶、顶燃式热风炉等一系列先进实用技术,为实现高产、优质、低耗、长寿和环保的生产目标奠定了技术基础。
A series of advanced and operative technologies were adopted in designing of No. 2 blast furnace with 2 680 m^3 in Shougang Tonggang steel company, such as whole cooling stave structure, thin skinned lining, copper cooling stave, carbon brick-ceramic cup complex bottom, closed loop soft water cooling system, paraUel type bell less top and top-combustion hot stove etc. Which established technical foundation for realizing the objects of high yield, high quality, low consuming, long life and environmental friendly production.
