高炉冶炼专家系统在炉型管理中的应用

APPLICATION OF THE BLAST FURNACE EXPERT SYSTEM TO PROFILE MANAGEMENT ON NO.4 BF AT WISGCO

简要介绍了武钢 4号高炉专家系统构成 ;结合在 4号高炉的实际调试结果 ,说明了高炉专家系统在高炉炉型管理中的应用 ;在对该系统根据武钢实际进行恰当调整后 ,利用专家系统可以帮助高炉操作人员稳定高炉操作 ,提高高炉的技术经济指标。

This paper briefly introduces the construction of the blast furnace expert system (BFES) applied to the blast furnace No.4 at WISGCO. The application of the expert system to monitoring operation is described. Because some modifications were made according to WISGCO's practice, the stable operation has been achieved on No.4 BF with the aid of the expert system with a function of managing inner profile of the BF.
