检察机关做为国家法律监督机关,更要牢牢把握正确处理人民内部矛盾的关键,立足检察工作实际,做好群众接访工作,化解社会矛盾,维护社会和谐稳定。本文结合基层检察机关群众接访工作实践,探寻群众工作的理论支撑,发现接访工作中存在的问题,提出做好群众接访工作的重要举措,为新时期下基层检察机关做好群众工作服务。
