摘要
提出了炉顶液压系统热响应模型的建立方法 ,推导出其热平衡方程 ,建立了热响应模型 ,并对其进行了计算机仿真。通过仿真结果 ,分析了高温工作环境下液压系统温升规律 ,分析了系统动特性对热响应过程的影响。介绍了现场实地测试结果 ,进一步验证了上述分析的正确性 。
This paper provides the method of mathematical modeling of the heat response of hydraulic system at the top of blast furnace, with deduction of heat equilibrium equation of the system and computer simulation. The simulation results show the heating process of the hydraulic system in the high temperature environment, and effect of system dynamic characteristic on the heat response process, which greatly helps the designing and application of the hydraulic system in high temperature environment.
