基于WEB的轧机状态监测与故障诊断系统研究

DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED ROLLING MILL CONDITION MONITORING AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM

针对上海宝钢集团热轧厂 2 0 5 0机组中 F2 精轧机的状态监测和故障诊断系统的研究过程 ,分析了基于 Web监测诊断系统的特点 ;介绍了该系统的总体结构、系统软件 ;重点说明了数据库管理子系统的功能与设计技术。

Focusing on the development of F 2 finishing mill condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, this paper analyzes the characteristies of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on Web, introduces the main frame of the system and the software, and emphatically points out the function and the technology of the DBMS.
