亨廷顿政治秩序理论的启示及局限性探究

亨廷顿的政治秩序论的逻辑认为,正处于现代化之中的新兴国家,其政治秩序的稳定对于现代化发展具有决定性的作用,而现代化的发展并不必然导致政治稳定,政治的稳定需要合理的权威的维持。亨廷顿的政治秩序论作为发展政治学理论的重要组成部分,既要肯定其对我国政治体制的改革、发展和稳定的价值,但也不容忽视其存在不可调和的逻辑悖论。对于中国的民主政治发展而言,批判地借鉴亨廷顿的政治秩序理论才是科学的态度。

The logic of Huntington＇s political order states that the countries emerging into moderation has a decisive role in the stability of its political order for modernization,the development of modernization does not necessarily lead to political stability,and political stability requires the maintenance of a reasonable authority be maintained.As an important part of the development of political theory,Huntington＇s theory of political order has its value in China＇s political system reform,development and stability,but there are irreconcilable logical paradoxes in it.For the development of democratic politics in China,only a critical absorption is a sound attitude.
