The novel The 13 Women of Nanjing describes the sacrificial heroic deeds of 13 prostitutes in the Nanjing Massacre.The writer Yan Geling uses her unique perspective to get free of the traditional moral value,which highlights prostitutes in the dwarfed history.It thus has aroused our reflections on history and humanity in a variety of narrative strategies.
