水面舰艇模拟训练成绩评估方法研究

在水面舰艇模拟训练中,针对训练成绩评估方法的研究,简要论述了评估主要内容、评估体系和评估方法。较完整地例举单舰对导弹防御训练成绩评估方法,同时对评估指标权重值的设定进行了探讨,提出了"注重决策、细评过程、区分结果"的权重设定原则,为更好地开发模拟训练系统,促进训练质量的提高提供了参考。

During the simulation trainning of surface warship, in view of the design of training grades evaluation subsys- tem, the main evaluation contents, assessment system and evaluation methods are introduced briefly. The setting of evaluation index weights for missile defence training evaluation are discussed. A reference is provided for developing the simulation training system and improving the quality of simulation training.
