摘要
为了解决综合ATS电磁兼容性问题,在研究综合ATS工作过程、分析影响综合ATS的EMC因素基础上,介绍了采用屏蔽、滤波、合理布线、接地等几种硬件解决EMC的方法。提出了采用分时静电技术解决综合ATS的EMC方法,该方法将综合ATS的所有信号分别进行控制,实现了在弱化其他信号的基础上对各被测信号的单独测量,从而减少其它信号的干扰和影响,解决了综合ATS的EMC问题。经过试验验证,通过该方法可以大大提高综合ATS的可靠性。该方法对提高大型复杂装备的可靠性有一定借鉴作用。
In order to solve the problem of electromagnetic compatibility of the synthetic ATS, the synthetic ATS work process is studied, the impact factors of EMC of the synthetic ATS are analyzed in the paper, and several methods to solve the EMC by hardware, such as the shielding, filtering, reasonable wiring and grounding, are introduced. The time-sharing static technology for solving EMC of synthetic automatic test system is presented. All the signals of the synthetic ATS is controlled respectively by method. The measurement of the measured signals was realized based on the realization of other signal weake- ning to reduce the interference from other signals and influence. Therefore, the problem of EMC of the synthetic ATS was solved.. The experiment results show that the method can greatly improve the reliability of synthetic ATSs. The method has a certain reference to improve the reliability of the heavy and complex equipments.
