摘要
由于EMI信号的多样性与复杂性,在实际的测量过程中需要根据EMI信号的特点,正确设置相关测量仪器,才能保证测量结果的准确度,否则不仅会导致测量结果的不可靠,还可能损坏测量仪器。在此列举了几个测量过程中所遇到的问题,分析了其对测试结果的影响,并结合相关仪器的工作原理,给出正确处置方法,确保测量结果的准确性和可靠性。
Because of diversity and complexity of EMI signal, it's necessary to correctly set the correlation measurement instruments in the measuring process according to the characteristic of the EMI signal. Otherwise, not only the measurement result is not reliable, but also the measurement instrument may be damaged. Several problems encountered in the measuring process is listed in this paper. Its influences on the test result is analyzed and the correct disposal methods which associate with the working principle of the instrument are given to ensure the measurement accuracy and reliability.
