摘要
浙江对口援助阿克苏地区35周岁以下5072名少数民族双语教师培训从2010年10月启动首批300人试点培训开始,坚持探索、实践、思考,为阿克苏的双语教师培训工作开创了新局面。总结和分析双语教师培训过程中的经验和教训,不仅有利于双语教师培训工作的深入开展,并且还可为各级政府、教育行政部门制定有针对性的双语教师培训政策提供咨询,实现高质量的双语教师培训目标。
Since October 2010,Zhejiang has been offering Akesu assistance in training its 5,072 bilin- gual teachers of ethnic minorities under the age of 35. Starting with 300 subjects, the project so far has crea- ted a new atmosphere after strenuous and constant probing, practicing and perfecting. Therefore, to analyze and summarize the experience and lessons acquired is not only of great significance for the better functioning of the project but also can provide reference for the policy-making by governments of different levels and the corresponding administrative departments,which may produce more qualified bilingual teachers.
