特色化:我国普通高中教育发展的基本走向

Characteristics the Basic Tendency of Education Development of the Ordinary Senior High School in Our Country

我国普通高中的发展要摆脱"同质化"困境,必须走特色化发展之路,这是社会对人才需求多样化的必然要求,也是个体发展多样化、差异性的现实需要。但目前普通高中特色化发展现状堪忧:宏观倡导多,具体实施少;评估检查多,实质引领少;特色项目多,特色学校少。当前,需要通过加大政府统筹,加强政策引领,构建特色化课程体系,扩大学校办学自主权等多种途径,切实推进普通高中向特色化方向科学、有序发展。

Characteristics is the only way of education development of the ordinary senior high school in our country in order to get rid of the homogenization dilemma, which is the inevitable requirement of diversification of talent demand by society and the realistic requirement of personal development. However, the development situation of characteristics of the ordinary senior high school deserves concern.The problems are more attention on macro advocate, less concrete and practical measures; more evaluation and examination and less substance lead; more characteristic projects and less charac- teristic schools. Therefore, we should advance the scientific and sequential development of characteristics of the ordinary se- nior high school by several ways of enlarging the government planning, strengthening policy guiding, constituting character- istic curriculum system and expanding the autonomy of operating a school, and so on.
