文化创意产业作为新兴产业形式,其发展需要大量的创意型人才。及时地分析和认清目前我国文化创意人才现状和存在问题,提出创意人才培养新模式已成为当务之急。基于此,在分析目前我国创意人才现状和存在问题的基础上,有针对性地从四个方面提出了创意人才培养的新模式。

Cultural creative industry is an emerging industry form.Its development needs a large number of creative talents,a lot of wisdom,creative thinking and creative ability.It is a pressing matter of the moment to analyze and recognize in time the current situation and problem of cultural and creative talent,and advise the new training mode to the cultivation of cultural and creative talents.The article suggests the new training mode from four aspects based on research into the current situation and problem of cultural and creative talents of China.
