元认识理论在英语阅读教学中的运用

摘要 如何将元认知理论应用到阅读教学实践中去的问题得到了越来越多的研究者的关注,以Weaver&Cohen提出的"SBI教学模式"为理论基础,对大学英语专业一年级学生进行为期一个学期的元认知策略培训以培养学生英语自主阅读能力的研究,结果显示,元认知策略培训有助于提高学生元认知策略使用水平,培养学生的自主阅读能力。 With the reform of English teaching reform in our country,more and more attention is paid to the application of meta-cognition to the practice of reading teaching.On the basis of the "SBI teaching mode" brought forth by Weaver and Cohen,the author conducted a research lasting a term on freshmen of English majors about meta-cognition tactics so as to enhance their independent reading capability.Results show that the training of mega-cognition tactics is conducive to enhancing students' using level of mega-cognition tactics and lifting their independent reading capability.
