高校学生党支部建设创新研究

On Innovation of the Building of Student Party Bromch

本文从分析高校学生党支部建设的现状出发,指出了高校学生党支部建设中存在的问题,有针对性地剖析了改进和加强学生党支部建设的四条针对性措施:一是完善教育与惩罚相结合的制度规范,加强领导和监督;二是加强经费投入力度,创新党内活动形式;三是严格发展标准,树立党员楷模;四是建立网络管理,完善党员学习机制,从而使高校学生党支部能够充分发挥它的战斗堡垒作用和学生党员的先锋模范作用。

With analysis of the establishment of Party Branch under current circumstance, the article aims at pointing out problems occurred within theprocess of building such branches among universities. Accordingly, the author comes up with four solutions as to the improvement of the process as follows： Ⅰ ）to improve the ＂punishment and inspiration＂policy by strengthening leadership and supervisal ; Ⅱ ）bring forth new ideas as to community activilies with the guarantee of financial support; Ⅲ）to tighten the standard for candidates in order to remain the quality of outstanding members. Ⅳ ）establish a nclwork management systen to improve the learning mechanism of party members, so that the student Party branches can give full play to its strong fighting force and members can play a vanguard and exemplary role.
