摘要
介绍了流化床沉淀塔在沉淀优质粗粒重铀酸盐工业生产中的应用结果。生产结果表明 ,以流化床沉淀法沉淀出的重铀酸盐产品 w(U)在 6 0 %以上 ,w(H2 O)在 31%~ 5 3%之间 ,杂质的质量分数符合部颁标准。与常规搅拌沉淀法相比 ,流化床沉淀法的产品质量好 ,设备基建投资少 ,而且劳动强度低 ,生产环境好 ,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Settling column of fluidized bed and its applications in precipitation of high quality coarse diuranate are described.The results show that, in the diuranate precipitated by fluidized bed, w (U) is over 60%, w (H 2O) is 35%~58% and mass fractions of impurities are coincided with the standards issued by CNNC.The method has many advantages over conventional agitation in product quality,equipments investment and capital cost,working conditions and environmental protection.
