摘要
探讨了细菌浸矿的细菌学原理。认为细菌浸出的本质是生命活动 ,不能等同视之为冶金学上的“催化剂”;细菌所表现出的浸出机理 ,是由其内在的生理、生化特性以及由此而组成的生态关系——细菌学本质所决定的 ,不论直接间接作用机理 ,还是初级次级反应机理 ,在细菌学上都是统一的。根据细菌学原理 ,分析了细菌育种对象问题和铁矾产生的细菌学意义 ,提出了解决这些问题的方法。
The bacteriological fundamental of bacterial leaching has been discussed.The life activity of bacteria is thought as the fundamental of bacterial leaching,and can not be regarded as a sort of “catalyzer” in metallurgy simply.The physiological and biochemical characters of bacteria and the bacterial ecolgy,that is,the bacteriological fundamental is regarded as the reason of the bacterial leaching and the leaching mechanisms are unified in bacteriology between direct or indirect leaching and primary or secondary reaction.The problems of bacterial breeding and the biological significance of jarosite formation are analyzed,and the method of solving these problems are proposed.
