摘要
在温度 30℃ ,p H=2的条件下 ,研究了用氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌浸出含镍磁黄铁矿金矿。试验结果表明 ,只用氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸矿 16 d,铜的浸出率为 5 7% ,镍的浸出率为 85 % ;用混合菌浸出含镍磁黄铁矿金矿 ,铜和镍的浸出率均有所提高 ,分别达到 6 3%和 91%。向浸出体系中加入一定量的 Ag+ ,铜的浸出率明显提高 ,而镍的浸出率却降低。
Bioleaching of nickel bearing pyrrhotite concentrate were studied with thiobacillus ferrooxidans and mixed culture of thiobacillus ferrooxidans and thiobacillus thiooxidans at 30 ℃,pH=2.Experimental results showed that the leaching rate of copper and nickel were 57% and 87 % when the concentrate was leached by thiobacillus ferrooxidans for 6 d.The leaching of copper and nickel were improved when mixde culture of thiobacillus ferrooxidans and thiobacillus thiooxidans were used .Leaching rate of copper and nickel were 63% and 91%,respectively.The leaching rate of copper was enhanced,while that of nickel was decreased with the addition of Ag + to the culture.
