从铝土矿中提取镓的工艺研究

Leaching of Ga from Bauxite

研究了用 HCl溶液从铝土矿中浸出镓。试验结果表明 :铝土矿在 50 0℃时恒温煅烧 3h,然后用 6mol/ L的 HCl在固液质量体积比为 1∶ 2 .5条件下浸出 1 2 h,镓的浸出率可达 94 %以上。

Leaching of Ga from bauxite by HCl solution was studied.The results showed that leaching rate of Ga was over 94% when bauxite was calcined for 3 h,then leached in HCl solution for 12 h at m (固)∶ V (液)=1∶2 5。
