模拟穿刺对提高实习生的静脉穿刺成功率的影响

The effects of imitating picture for improving the Success rate of Veni-picture of in tern nurses

目的:观察用细管代替血管模拟静脉穿刺对实习生静脉穿刺成功率的影响。方法:研究组的实习生指导其用头皮针后面的细管当血管来模拟静脉穿刺,熟悉后再找病人实践,对照组则按传统的方法教其在病人身上穿刺。结果:研究组穿刺成功率高于对照组,且病人的满意度高,实习生的自信心高。P<0.005,有统计学意义。结论:用模拟静脉穿刺的方法能提高实习生的静脉穿刺成功率。

Objective： Observe the effect on the success rate for the trainees who operate the vein puncture using a thin tube in- stead of veins on human body. Methods：The experiment group of trainees is guided to use scalp needle behind the tube to simulate vein puncture. After they are familiar with the method, teach them to practice on patients. The control group is taught to simulate on patients according to the traditional method. Results： The experiment group receives a higher success rate than the control group, which leads to high self - esteem on the trainees and a higher satisfaction（ P 〈 O. 005 ）, The experiment is of statistical significance. Conclu- sions： this method can improve the success rate of vein puncture.
