摘要
目的:了解博爱县人民医院门诊消化系统疾病用药情况。方法:随机抽取4 837张处方,对其中的不合理处方进行整理和分析。结果:消化系统疾病不合理用药处方有54张,占1.1%,表现在药物选择不当、用法不合理、配伍不合理。结论:消化系统疾病用药存在不合理现象,应引起医师和药师的重视,促进合理用药。
Objective：To investigate the situation of drug use in digestive system.Methods：Four thousands eight hundreds and thirty-seven prescriptions were analyzed randomly in our hospital.To arrange and analyze the irrational prescriptions.Results：There were 54 irrational prescriptions in digestive system,accounting for 1.1%,including inappropriate drug selection,improper usage of drug and unreasonable drug combination.Conclusion：The drug use in digestive system is far from perfect,so high attention should be paid by clinicians and pharmacists in order to promote the rational use of drug.
