自组装单层和多层衬底制备纳米碗的对比研究 被引量:1

Comparative Study on the Nanobowls Prepared with Self-assembly Single and Multi Layer Templates

摘要 采用不同自组装技术制备单层和多层有序聚苯乙烯微球模板.在此基础上,制备Co/Pt多层膜纳米碗阵列.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对两种样品表面形貌和磁性进行了分析.结果表明:以单层和多层模板制备磁性多层膜纳米碗结构,在不考虑纳米点的相同条件下,只要微球直径相同,其制备的纳米碗Co/Pt多层膜磁性相同. The Co/Pt multi-layer nano-bowl arrays were prepared on templates of ordered polystyrene spheres with single and multi layers,respectively.And their surface morphologies and magnetic properties were researched using SEM,TEM and VSM.The result shows the magnetic properties of Co/Pt multi-layer films with nano-bowl structures prepared on single-layer template or multi-layer template are the same with the same diameter of the spheres,without considering the nanodots.
