Summarizing on Urban Fringe Tourism Development

近年来,随着人民收入水平的提高和我国休假制度的改革,城市居民的闲暇时间增多,度假、休闲等旅游活动日益蓬勃,短途旅游逐渐成为城市居民旅游的常见方式.本文从城市边缘区的概念、城市边缘区旅游的现状、开发原因、存在问题及对策等方面对城市边缘区旅游开发的研究文献进行了整理总结,并提出了城市边缘区旅游开发的发展方向.

In this paper, we present that the sufficient and necessary conditions which matrices are commutative with matrix A are the polynomial of matrix A by using the kronecker product of the matrices then. using the characteristic polynomials, we obtain the sufficient and necessary condition tat the matrices which can commutatwe with quasi-angular matix are all quasi-angular matrix.
