Cultivation Techniques Based on the Real-time Monitoring Technology of Micro-fertilizer in Wild Vegetables

山野菜因其营养丰富、风味独特等特点而受到关注.采用实时监测微肥技术,结合环保型农家肥,开展仿野生栽培山野菜,不但可以满足市场供应,还可是多年生宿根植物,一次投入种苗,连续多年以有效地保护山野菜资源.本文中分别介绍刺嫩芽、蕨菜和山芹菜这3种叶菜类山野菜的特征与特性,指出人工栽培山野菜的技术要点以及田间管理的注意事项,以期为获得山野菜高产提供技术支持.

wild vegetables are concerned,because of its nutrient-rich,unique flavor of edible.Using real-time monitoring technology of micro-fertilizer,combined with environmental protection-farmyard manure,imitation wild vegetables.Not only can meet the market supply,but also perennial perennial plant,put into seedlings,for many years to protect wild vegetable resource.This article deals with the characteristics and properties of three wild vegetables,namely,Aralia,bracken and mountain celery.The author explores the cultivation techniques and considerations in growing these vegetables so as to provide technical support for producing high yield wild vegetables in these areas.
