摘要
本文简要介绍了基于B/S架构的高校人事管理系统的功能设计及主要技术的实现方法.该系统实现自动化办公,全面提高了高校人事管理工作的效率.
In this paper,we mainly discussed the function and the realization of the personnel management system,which was based on B/S mode.The office automation and the efficiency of personnel management in colleges and universities were improved by this system.
