摘要
抑郁症是一种心理障碍性疾病,近年来发病率有逐年增高的趋势.由于北方冬季严寒漫长,人们生活单调,饮食单一,缺少沟通等都是从精神上和心理上诱发季节性抑郁症的原因.基于北方气候及环境的特点,适合治疗抑郁症的有氧运动主要有瑜伽、健身操、太极拳、慢跑及散步等.通过对照实验,以测评分析的方式论证运动对抑郁症的治疗作用.
The Depression is a mental disease,and in recent years the rate of the disease has been on the rise.The long winter in the North,the monotonous life,the single and unchangeable food and the lack of the communication all result in the Depression.Owing to the climate in the North,the suitable sporting therapies are yoga,aerobics,tai chi,jogging and walking.The paper is to demonstrate the effects of the sporting therapies by contrastive experiment and testing.
