软启动器在直流输电换流阀冷却系统中的应用

摘要 针对直流输电阀冷系统中主循环泵传统启动的缺点,提出一种软启动方式,这种方式解决了全压起动装置主循环泵切换水锤效应大、冲击电流大、冲击压力大,以及传统的变频起动装置在主循环泵完成变频启动后向工频切换时,由于电压相位角不确定而产生的异常冲击电流,损坏启动装置等问题。 According to the shortcoming of tradition startup of main circulation pump in DC converter valve cooling system,a soft startup mode is proposed, which can solve not only big switching water hammer effect, big impacting current and pressure problems of main circulation pump with full pressure startup device, and but also the startup device damage problem caused by abnormal impacting current which is generated by the uncertain voltage phase angle at the switching time of traditional variable frequency startup device from variable frequency to power frequency after the accomplishment of variable frequency startup of the main circulation pump.
