摘要
目前火电厂脱硫石灰石粉的细度基本是参考标准《煤粉细度的测定》(DL/T567.5—1995)方法进行分析,但由于脱硫石灰石粉颗粒粒度小,自发团聚趋势比较明显,参照该标准分析的结果误差较大。根据石灰石粉在水中溶解度极小的特性及在水中具有较好的分散作用机理,使用水冲洗过筛法分析石灰石粉的细度。该方法具有操作简单、准确性高的优点。重复性试验及实验室分析试验结果显示,相对标准偏差均在允许的5%以下,可满足火电厂脱硫石灰石粉细度的分析要求。
The desulfurization limestone powder fineness of power plant is almost analyzed by referring to standard method, which has higher result errors because of small particles of desulfurization limestone powder and apparent spontaneous aggregative trend. According to the characteristic of extremely low solubility of limestone powder in water and the better dispersant effect mechanism of limestone powder, the water flushing filtration method is used to analyze the fineness of limestone powder,which has advantages of simple manipulation and high accuracy. Results from repeated tests and laboratory tests show that the relative standard deviation are under 5% ,which can satisfy the need of fineness analysis of desulfurization limestone powder in power plant.
