摘要 分析"W"型火焰锅炉在越南无烟煤和澳洲烟煤掺烧后出现的飞灰及炉渣含碳量偏高、排烟温度升高、锅炉减温水用量大、锅炉热效率下降明显等问题。在现场进行掺配煤试验,采用"分磨制粉,炉内掺烧"燃烧方式,并优化燃烧器的配风方式,增加越南无烟煤在炉内的燃烧时间,增强其燃尽性。优化调整后,锅炉飞灰含碳量下降4%左右,炉渣含碳量下降6%左右,锅炉效率提高了1.51%,过热器减温水量从167 t/h减少到124 t/h,排烟温度保持在145℃左右。试验结果表明,采用分磨制粉并增强难燃煤种的燃尽性,可有效地提高两种煤质特性差异很大煤种的掺烧燃烧效果。 Problems of "W" flame boiler after the mix-burning of Vietnam anthracite with Australia bitumite such as larger carbon content in fly ash and cinder, higher flue gas temperature,larger amount of desuperheating water,obviously decreasing of boiler heat efficiency are analyzed. Field test of mixed coal has beert made, burning mode of "pulverizing in separate mills and blending in furnace" has been adopt,the wind distribution mode of burner has been optimized,the burning time of Vietnam anthracite in belier has been increased to improve its combustion efficiency. After the optimization and regulation above, the carbon content of ash in boiler are reduced about 4%, the carbon content in cinder is reduced about 6%, the efficiency of boiler is increased 1.51%, the amount of desuperheating water of overheater is reduced from 167t/h to 124t/h, and the flue gas temperature is keep around 145 ~C. Test results show that pulverizing in separate mills and improving combustion efficiency of fire resistant coal can effectively improve the mix-burning effect of two kinds of coals with great different nature characteristics.
